1. Information We Collect

To provide the Vigor AI experience, Urbicode Services LLC collects the following types of information:

• Biometric Data: Height, weight, age, fitness goals, and physical measurements provided during onboarding.
• Training & Health Data: Exercise history, nutrition logs, injuries, and performance metrics.
• Identity & Account: Email address, name, and profile pictures.
• Technical Data: Device ID, IP address, and app usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Generate personalized AI training and nutrition protocols.
• Calibrate our neural engine for better performance tracking.
• Provide customer support and facilitate communication with coaches.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT sell your personal health or biometric data to third-party advertisers.

Your data is only shared with essential service providers:

• Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication.
• RevenueCat/Stripe: For payment processing.
• OpenAI/Gemini: For processing anonymized prompts to generate your routines.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. By using Vigor AI, you acknowledge and accept these inherent security risks.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, and no longer. Specifically:

• While your account is active: your account, biometric, training, and nutrition data are stored for as long as you keep your Vigor AI account open, so that the AI can track your progress over time.
• When you delete your account: deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile and every record linked to it — workouts, routines, nutrition plans, AI insights, social posts, comments, followers, marketplace listings, and device push tokens — are erased from our live systems as soon as you confirm the request. We do not keep a copy and we cannot restore it.
• Encrypted backups: residual copies may persist in our provider’s encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently overwritten. Backups are never used to repopulate a deleted account.
• Payment and tax records: transaction records (amount, date, and invoice data — never health or biometric data) are retained by our payment processors for up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it.
• AI prompts: prompts sent to our AI providers to generate your routines and nutrition plans are not used to train their models. The generated result is stored in your account and is deleted with it.
• Inactive accounts: if an account shows no activity for more than 24 months, we may delete or irreversibly anonymize its data after notifying you by email.

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account) or from the web at https://vigorai.pro/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store — you must cancel that in the store itself.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California) regarding your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
